Audrée Dufresne

Audrée Dufresne

Head Coach/Program Director

Meet Audrée — Our head coach and Certified Athlethic Therapist at Femme Force

Audrée is a Certified Athletic Therapist and proud graduate of Concordia University (Class of 2021). She’s also been serving as a Medical Assistant Reservist with the Canadian Armed Forces since 2018. With a background in contemporary dance, Audrée has always been passionate about movement and performance. That passion led her to strength and conditioning—and by 17, she was already a certified personal trainer, helping others crush their fitness goals.

Today, she brings all that experience and energy to Femme Force. Since day one, she’s been at the heart of the team, guiding each participant through their wellness journey with care, strategy, and a whole lot of encouragement.

Audrée takes a full-body, individualized approach—assessing movement patterns, identifying strengths and challenges, and tailoring fitness plans to help every woman reach her full potential. From onboarding to ongoing support, she’s your go-to for motivation, movement, and making the process fun.

Skylar Nesbitt

Skylar Nesbitt

Chief Nutritionist

Say hello to Skylar — Our go-to expert for all things nutrition and wellness at Femme Force.

Helping others feel their best through food, lifestyle, and balance has always been Skylar’s passion. In 2021, she turned that passion into purpose by becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist after completing her diploma at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

As a military spouse since 2017, Skylar understands the unique challenges faced by military families—and she’s made it her mission to support fellow spouses, active members, and veterans in reaching their health and wellness goals.

Her approach is all about the big picture: nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and sleep—because they all matter when it comes to feeling good and thriving.

Since joining the Femme Force team, Skylar has been sharing her expertise through practical and insightful video capsules that guide participants through their 12-week journey. She’s always there to answer questions, offer encouragement, and help each woman feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

Arianne Bérubé-Lavoie

Certified Mental Performance Consultant

Meet Arianne — Our mental performance specialist at Femme Force

With a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa—specializing in intervention and consultation—Arianne is passionate about bridging the gap between physical fitness and mental well-being.

Her mission? To help individuals build self-awareness and strengthen the mental skills they need to thrive—not just in training, but in everyday life. Through her work, she empowers participants to develop cognitive tools that support overall well-being and a better quality of life.

Since joining the Femme Force team, Arianne has been a key player in delivering thoughtful, educational video capsules and leading live virtual sessions throughout the 12-week program. Whether she's teaching mental strategies or offering practical guidance, Arianne’s support helps our cohorts stay focused, resilient, and mentally strong throughout their journey.

Dr. Olivia Novak

Olivia Novak

Registered Naturopathic Doctor 

Meet Dr. Novak — Our Registered Naturopathic Doctor at Femme Force.

Olivia is a registered Naturopathic Doctor originally from Vancouver, British Columbia who focuses on helping individuals feel their best self, naturally. Dr. Novak, ND has always had an interest in healthcare, however her passion for naturopathic medicine began after struggling with her own health and receiving care from a local naturopathic doctor. After completing her undergraduate degree at Western University in Psychology and Sociology, she continued her studies and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Olivia Novak, ND has a special interest in women’s health, weight loss, menopause, fatigue, and digestion but is open to seeing individuals of all ages with a wide variety of health concerns. Dr. Novak, ND is trained in a wide variety of services including acupuncture, cupping therapy, massage, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and facial rejuvenation/cosmetic acupuncture. 

Since joining Femme Force, Dr. Novak provides valuable video capsules to help our participants. She encourages participants in each cohort to ask questions so they can get the most out of their 12 week health and wellness journey.

Stephanie Simpson

Personal Trainer

Stephanie Simpson is a certified personal trainer with extensive experience in strength and conditioning, functional fitness, and rehabilitation-focused programming. She has been training clients since 2017 and holds multiple certifications in both personal training and nutrition.

A Canadian Armed Forces veteran and active reservist, Stephanie served four years in the infantry followed by three years as a Human Resources Administrator. She continues to serve her community through her work in law enforcement, bringing the same discipline, resilience, and dedication to her coaching.

Stephanie’s passion for fitness began at the age of 16 and has evolved into a career dedicated to empowering others. She studied Therapeutic Recreation at Concordia University, further strengthening her expertise in using purposeful physical activity to enhance overall well-being.

An avid runner and lifelong athlete, Stephanie is committed to helping her clients build strength, resilience, and confidence through individualized, goal-oriented programs. She is proud to bring this experience to Femme Force, supporting women veterans as they reclaim their strength and thrive both inside and outside the gym.
